The Official PPP Suggestions Thread.

Here at this place you can post some suggestions for the forum.

The Rules:

-Like the title already says: Post your suggestions here. Do not make a special thread for it.

-Do not ask to be modded! The staff decides about moderation and only people who have the right skills are mods. Oh, and having a good idea doesn't mean that you'll be modded by the way.

-We will only listen to serious ideas. Idiot suggestions like: "Lets have a porn section" will be ignored and closed. Post REAL ideas here.

-Do not flame someone else about his/her ideas.

-We have lives outside the forums so be patient if your idea hasn't got a response yet.

-Give ARGUMENTS about why your idea is needed on the forum.

I have already suggested that when the site gets more people, we should have a gaming discussion as well as an Off Topic discussion. And maybe a news room like area so we moderators can post upcoming events. Like the recent one I posted

Yeah. I think that this is a good idea too. People want to talk about non-Pokémon video games, and misc stuff anyways.

We also need a locked forum where we can post the main forum rules, signature rules, etc. A moderator-only forum where we can discuss the forum things in private would also be useful.

That too would be a great idea. However, with my experience with the main forum I go to, everyone who signs up never reads the guidelines and are usually put on probation or suspension. Depending on their post, a link to the guidelines is posted as a mod edit.

As for rules, maybe you could put them in the confirmation email? People will still barely see it, but more than they might now.

I suggest that we should fix up the banner at the top. Its very blurry and the in in pokemon looks like it was sent through ms paint. it should be photoshopped if you need any help i have photoshop myself so just ask.

well it was a skin so i didnt make it i picked it form somewhere the other pokemon ones was lame. I dunno if this forum lets me do that but we can try

Ah i can kinda see why probably the skin was created poorly


how about we give out like icons under your avatar some could be like the first 20 people to join would get a number and for contests and stuff we would award stuff also for achieveing certain things we would give out these icons

they have these on other successful forums like gamefaqs, starmen, smogon,serebii
so why not make one ourselves =P

As we get more popular we need some kind of giant GTS area.
Each part could be Kanto, Jhoto, Hoenn, and Sinnoh
each of the regions would allow only the pokemon in that region to be traded so you cant train lucario in the kanto ection and a mewtwo in the Hoenn section.

Also to keep Hackers/ Cheated pokemon away from those who wanted non hacked or cheated pokemon we would have a section in the gts for hacked or cheated pokemon so that those who want them get them and those who do not dont get them
